TERMS &
CONDITIONS

The use of transportation services provided by QAB Riviera implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Reservations and Payments

​

  • All reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance and are subject to availability.

  • By confirming a reservation, the client agrees to provide accurate and complete information.

  • The service must be fully paid before it is provided.

  • Rates do not include VAT (Value Added Tax).

  • Prices are subject to change if there are modifications in mileage or waiting times.

Cancellations

​

  • Cancellations made 1 day or more in advance: 25% fee of the total service value.

  • Cancellations made more than 2 hours but less than 24 hours in advance: 50% fee.

  • Cancellations made 2 hours or less in advance: 70% fee.

  • No-show (absence without notice): 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Modifications and Logistics

​

  • Changes in operations, mileage, or waiting times requested by the client may result in adjustments to the final price.

  • All modification requests must be made at least 4 hours in advance for local trips and 24 hours for out-of-town trips.

Safety and Operation

​

  • All vehicles are equipped with 24/7 GPS tracking.

  • In case of dispute, GPS evidence must be requested at least 1 day in advance.

  • QAB Riviera has full coverage (civil liability, third-party damages, and passenger medical expenses).

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times inside the vehicle.

  • In the event of an accident, if the passenger refuses medical attention, they must sign a waiver releasing QAB from responsibility.

Lost Items and Belongings

​

  • QAB Riviera is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle. Clients are advised to check their belongings before the trip ends.

Passenger Conduct and Responsibility

​

  • QAB reserves the right to refuse service to any person displaying inappropriate or aggressive behavior, under the influence of substances, or posing a risk to the driver or other passengers.

  • All passengers must follow staff instructions and respect safety protocols.

Intellectual Property

​

  • All content published by QAB Riviera (logos, images, texts, and trademarks) is protected and may not be reproduced without express written authorization.

​

Jurisdiction

​

  • These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Quintana Roo.
